Manager – Card Products
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute robust product strategies for debit, credit and prepaid cards.
- Lead the end-to-end launch of new card products and enhancements.
- Monitor and optimize portfolio performance, profitability and customer engagement.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners (including card schemes).
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and internal policies.
The Person
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Banking out of which 4 years with demonstrable involvement in Payment Card Product Management within Banking / Financial services.
- Full or part qualification in Finance, Banking or a fully or partially completed degree in Management or an equivalent qualification.
- An MBA will be an added advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of payment networks, industry trends and product lifecycle management.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for stakeholder management.
