SALES MANAGER

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and energetic individual to join our company as a Sales Manager. This role requires to follow through and manage activities within the entire process, whilst supporting management in building relationships, ensuring price right, timely and accurate information is maintained with all relevant parties in order to drive operational excellence and achievement of set business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive and lead sales objectives. Achieve set budget and target and enhance competitive position by planning and implementing regional-wide sales strategies.
  • Identify and acquire new customers, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base. Exploring new business opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts, both at vendor level at brand hubs.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
  • Analysis of market trends and competitors’ activities and formulating strategies.
  • Maintain up to date source country and contractor lists for each account, and communicate these along with any seasonal production schedules to the relevant contacts worldwide to improve forecast accuracy.

Job Requirement

  • At least 6 years working experience in garment, trim or accessory industry.
  • Bachelor degree in sales, marketing or related discipline.
  • Sales oriented with strong negotiation, analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Result oriented, well organized, self-motivated with positive working attitude, initiative and able to work under pressure.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
