The Job
Are you a dynamic and results-driven professional with a passion for driving business growth? We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our local sales operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
- Identify and engage prospective clients through various channels.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and needs analysis to proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align go-to-market strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings (virtually or in person as required).
Requirement & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA will be an added advantage.
- 2 years of experience in B2B software or SaaS sales, with at least 1 year in a managerial level.
- Proven success in selling and navigating long sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
