Junior Executive - Business Development

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement initiatives to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Perform research on market trends and competitor offerings to guide growth strategies.
  • Leverage digital platforms to improve visibility and client engagement.
  • Partner with content and communication teams to support marketing efforts.
  • Act as the frontline representative for client communication and service delivery.
  • Ensure seamless coordination of daily operational tasks within the shared workspace environment.
  • Oversee logistics, scheduling, and internal coordination to optimize team efficiency.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to support strategic goals and ensure alignment.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (additional certifications are a plus).
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a client-facing or business-focused environment.
  • Background in business development, customer success, or operational support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and general digital literacy.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a focus on high-quality delivery.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
