PROGRAM CO-ORDINATOR

The Role

  • You will assist in the day-to-day operations of the assigned faculties & ensure smooth delivery of the degree programs and academic calendar.
  • Organize and facilitate faculty board meetings with academic staff.
  • Provide weekly updates on faculty operations & matters to be addressed.
  • Be responsible for maintaining the module allocation records under the guidance of the Head- Program Management Unit.
  • Liaise with the LMS division to address academic delivery support issues.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Should possess 01-02 years of work experience, preferably in academic administration.
  • Good communication & the ability to work independently.
  • A team player mindset is a must.
  • It is mandatory to work on weekends as part of a regular work schedule.

ASSISTANT PROGRAM CO-ORDINATOR

The Role

  • You will support the Program Coordinator with the day-to-day operations.
  • Work closely with the students to collect student feedback, attendance and act on student queries.

Requirements

  • G.C.E A/L with a qualification in MS Office applications.
  • Prior work experience is not mandatory.
  • Good communication & the ability to work under minimum supervision.
  • A team player mindset is a must.
  • It is mandatory to work on weekends as part of a regular work schedule.
