HR Executive
Intelligent Image Management Lanka (Pvt) Ltd is an export oriented US-based BPO company. 28+ years of impeccable track record with 7,000+ people and processing centers in Bangladesh, India and Sri Lanka (since 2003).
We are looking for a young and energetic individual with a "Can do" attitude to being a part of the IIML HR family and facilitating all HR functions. A high level of integrity and confidentiality is expected in this role.
Qualifications
- A degree or professional qualification in HRM.
- Previous exposure to the BPO/KPO industry is an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in similar capacity.
Work Schedule
- 5½ days working requirement (Sunday Off).
Skills and Attributes
- Attention to detail and a passion for working with people.
- A great team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- MS Office competent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
