Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify new business opportunities in targeted sectors and regions.
  • Craft and implement customized client engagement strategies to drive business growth and meet revenue goals.
  • Build strategic partnerships by establishing a robust client network through proactive outreach and relationship management.
  • Oversee the sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and project management to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Monitor industry dynamics, emerging trends, and competitor activities to adjust business tactics as needed.
  • Generate insightful reports on lead conversion, revenue pipeline, and market feedback for internal decision-making.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of proven experience in business development, corporate sales, or strategic partnerships.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and close deals at executive levels.
  • Strong analytical thinker capable of turning insights into actionable strategies.
  • Hands-on experience in developing proposals, client presentations, and promotional content.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under minimal supervision while managing multiple business accounts.
  • A goal-oriented self-starter with a passion for growing business networks and uncovering new market segments.
