JOB COMPETENCIES:

  • More than 3 Years of experience in travel and tourism trade including B2B corporate & B2C.
  • Proficiency in delivering compelling presentations and skilled in negotiation and proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Track record of cultivating and sustaining customer relationships that drive revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of sales concepts, methods and technology with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills to establish rapport and build long-term partnerships.
  • Candidate should be able to manage the company's existing clients and bring new business to the company.
  • A SLIM certification, Sales Diploma or an equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Take responsibility for customer dues, actively follow up with debtors and ensure timely collection to optimize cash flow and financial stability.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high level of customer satisfaction and identify and pursue new sales leads and follow up on potential opportunities to close deals.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, track sales performance and present findings to senior management.
