Come join our team as a Technician (Executive Level)
What you need to do
- Accurately identify root causes of technical issues and resolve them promptly to ensure smooth outlet operations.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of outsourced vendors, verify job completion and ensure all work meets the required standards.
- Collaborate with the internal technical team to coordinate and attend to equipment repairs efficiently.
- Conduct regular outlet visits, plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize breakdowns and prolong equipment lifespan.
What we are looking for
- A Degree related to technical skills from a recognized institution or an NVQ Level 2 qualification.
- Practical technical knowledge will be considered an added advantage.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
