Compliance Senior Executive / Executive

As we expand our operations, we are looking for a skilled and reliable Factory Maintenance Executive to ensure optimal performance and uptime of all factory machinery and infrastructure.
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Executive / Executive – Compliance & Human Resources to manage statutory compliance and HR operations within our battery manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure that all labor laws, environmental regulations, and HR policies are meticulously followed while fostering a compliant, ethical, and efficient workplace culture. This position plays a critical role in maintaining regulatory adherence, supporting employee lifecycle management, and contributing to operational excellence in a highly regulated industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Compliance:
- Ensure 100% statutory compliance under labor laws (ESI, PF, Gratuity, Bonus Act, Factories Act, etc.)
- Handle audits and inspections by statutory bodies and prepare required documentation.
- Maintains up-to-date statutory registers, returns, and licenses (CLRA, Factory License, Pollution Control Board, etc.)
- Coordinate with external consultants, government agencies, and auditors.
- Track and implement legal/regulatory changes and advise management accordingly.
Human Resources:
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes in coordination with the HR team.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment policies and procedures.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee engagement activities.
- Assist with performance management tracking and compliance reporting.
- Address employee grievances in alignment with labor law and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, or Business Administration.
- 3–6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in battery/Apparel manufacturing sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, HR compliance, and EHS guidelines.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRMS/ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple compliance areas with attention to detail and deadlines.
