We’re now on the lookout for a dedicated, friendly, and responsible Administrative Officer (Workspace Attendant) to join our growing team!
About the Role
If you enjoy creating a welcoming atmosphere, keeping things organized, and supporting the daily flow of operations, this role could be a great fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Opening & Setup
- Open the premises promptly by 8 A.M.
- Ensure the space is clean, organized, and ready for a productive day.
Customer Service
- Greet and assist guests, log their check-in time.
- Help them select a suitable workspace.
- Provide details on pricing and available workstations.
Cash Handling & Memberships
- Manage payments and membership usage.
- Address customer billing inquiries as needed.
Record Keeping
- Accurately track customer numbers, usage times, cancellations, and other relevant data.
Daily Operations
- Support day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth business flow.
- Assist with digital marketing and promotional activities.
- Perform light cleaning and rearranging of workspaces.
- Ensure floors, work areas, and washrooms are consistently clean and organized.
Coffee Preparation (Training Provided)
- Willingness to be trained in making cappuccinos, lattes, espressos, and other beverages using an industrial coffee machine.

- Responsible and trustworthy, especially with handling cash and records
- Open to learning new skills and supporting various aspects of daily operations
Working hours:
8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary:
LKR 35,000/-
Note: The candidate may be offered a barista training course and salary will be reviewed and potentially increased based on performance after a 6-month probation period.
