Post of Executive - Guarantee Administration

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • A degree in commerce, business or economics, accounting, finance, business administration or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university or equivalent professional qualification(s) from recognized institutes.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in banking/Financial sector with not less than 2 years exposure in directly handling MSME lending. With proven skills of evaluation (Financial/Market/Risk) of MSME credit proposals independently with ability to make the right decision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Excel and data analytical skills.

Skills, Attributes and Competencies Required:

  • A strong understanding of MSME eco system and challenges and solutions to access to finance for this sector. A fair knowledge in gender financing/environmentally friendly businesses would be an advantage.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, with an add advantage of managing 3rd language.
  • Ability to maintain consistent and high levels of performance.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the own team/FIs and all other stakeholders.
