We Are Hiring:
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial reporting and ensure timely month-end closures
- Oversee statutory compliance, taxation, and internal controls
- Provide strategic insights through financial analysis and modeling
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities
Qualifications & Experience
- Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Sri Lanka or equivalent)
- 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or related sectors
- Strong understanding of Sri Lankan tax and regulatory frameworks
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
