Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.
- Monitor and manage account receivable turns to ensure timely payments and financial stability.
- Collaborate with the training team to develop and deliver product training sessions to customers as per agreed plans.
- Develop and implement promotional activity calendars to drive sales and increase brand visibility.
- Develop monthly sales plans and conduct regular customer visits to build rapport, identify opportunities, and address customer needs.
- Identify and pursue new customer appointments and opportunities for new product launches to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- Proven experience in sales, with a focus on industrial business and key account management.
- Excellent communication skills in all three languages (preferably).
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical product specifications and provide solutions to customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
