Assistant Manager - Route to Market

We’re looking for a passionate and analytical professional to join our team as Assistant Manager - Route to Market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate effective management of Distributor P&L and profitability
  • Analyze investment opportunities and provide actionable business recommendations
  • Support strategic route and area demarcation projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance Route to Market efficiency

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized university/institute
  • Proven experience in a Route to Market or Sales Operations executive role, preferably in the FMCG sector
  • Strong background in distributor management and project handling
  • Excellent commercial and financial acumen
  • Willingness and flexibility to work in any region across the country
