They are seeking a motivated and experienced individual for the dual role of Quantity Surveyor and Site Supervisor. This role involves managing both the financial and operational aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and to a high standard.
TRAINEE SUPERVISOR
Freshers who have recently qualified with a Site Supervising NVQ Level 4 or similar, as well as highly motivated school leavers eager to start their careers in site supervision.
- Salary: LKR 25,000 per month + allowance
- Responsibilities: Assist in supervising site activities, ensuring safety and efficiency, and supporting the experienced team.
SITE SUPERVISOR
Candidates who have qualified with a Site Supervising NVQ Level 4 or similar with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the field.
- Salary: LKR 40,000 per month + allowance
- Responsibilities: Oversee site operations, manage teams, ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain quality control.
