JOB PROFILE
The Selected candidate is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of Palm Oil Mill. The role involves maintaining maintenance schedules, attending to breakdowns, maintaining relevant stocks and managing the maintenance staff of the mill. Also, He / She should work towards the optimization of plant performance through effective maintenance practices and continuous improvement efforts.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- B. Sc. Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university
- At least 5-6 years experience in the maintenance discipline in a Medium/large scale manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on experience in the operation and maintenance of boilers, pressure vessels, air compressors, pumps and water treatment
- Knowledge in Energy Management, system certifications incl. ISO-14001, 45001 and 50001
- The adequate knowledge of the business.
- Analytical and interpretation skills.
- Presentation, Communication, and writing skills.
- Adequate knowledge of industry best practices and productivity improvement skills.
