Salary range
- Senior Architect: Negotiable
- Electrical Design Engineer: USD 1200 – USD 1500
- BIM Manager: USD 1000 – USD 1500
Minimum qualification
- Senior Architect: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture from an Accredited Institution
- Electrical Design Engineer: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- BIM Manager: Degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field (civil, structural, or MEP engineering).
Experience / Other requirements
- Senior Architect:
- Minimum 5 - 10 years of architectural experience
- Proven experience leading complex design projects from concept to completion.
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse project types and scales.
- Experience with construction documentation and detailing.
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices and materials.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present and articulate design concepts to clients and teams.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under deadlines.
- Electrical Design Engineer:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical system design.
- Proven experience in the residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other relevant design software.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- BIM Manager:
- Must have minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Must be an Expert in BIM Software's including but not limited to Auto desk Revit, Navis work, AutoCAD, BIM 360 and familiar platforms.
- Must be Familiar with BIM standards.
- Must have Knowledge of LOD.
