IT ASSISTANT
(IT H/W & Network Related Only)
Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up and maintaining basic network hardware and software under supervision.
- Provide first-level support to end-users for network connectivity and IT hardware/software issues.
- Perform routine checks and basic troubleshooting on network devices such as switches, routers, and wireless access points.
- Help maintain network documentation, including device configurations and connection diagrams.
- Prepare and maintain IT documentary/Inventory Related tasks.
- Learn and support the implementation of IT projects in Various Departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Higher Diploma in a related field.
- Must Have 1-3 years experience on supporting on End User IT issues.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent English communication skills and a collaborative team player.
- Male candidate, age - 23-35 yrs.
IT interns or IT Software/Development related Interns will not be selected for this position.
