INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and improve production workflows and layout to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Conduct time and motion studies to determine labor requirements and improve performance.
- Work closely with production, quality, and planning teams to streamline operations.
- Evaluate equipment, materials, and labor to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators related to productivity and efficiency.
- Support training and development of line workers and supervisors on new systems and practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field Certificate Courses
- 1–3 years of experience in the apparel Sector
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
