Sales Executive/ASM/RSM

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Ensure target achievement on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Reports to Senior Sales Manager with information on sales, HoReCa customers, and cash flow.
- Visiting permanent journey planned outlets (PJP) and maintaining effective customer relationships to positively develop the business in the HoReCa Trade.
- Capture customer orders accurately using the Sales Force Automation (SFA) system.
- Engaging in trade marketing and merchandising, providing required feedback to the head office.
- Ensure all outstanding payments are collected within agreed timelines, preferably at the time of order delivery.
- Maintain and regularly update the master data of all outlets within the assigned territory, and update necessary changes to the Finance department.
- Adhere to company guidelines and ethical standards to support a positive and professional work environment.
- Preferred candidates from Western Province/Down South/ Deep Down South/Central/Cultural Triangle, and Northern Province.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Passed G.C.E A/L exam
- Minimum 2 - 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
- Highly motivated and target-driven.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer literacy.
- Good planning & problem-solving skills.
- Age below 35 years.
- Availability of a Valid driving license.
- Salary can be negotiated with experience with proof.
