Vacancy: Administrative Officer

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, tech-savvy, and interested in working in a corporate and legal environment, particularly with company secretarial and trademark-related responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the use of the eROC dashboard for statutory filings and maintaining corporate compliance records.
  • Providing administrative support for company secretarial functions, including maintaining company registers and preparing standard forms and filings.
  • Coordinating and organising trademark-related documentation, renewals, and correspondence with the National Intellectual Property Office.
  • Managing client files, databases, and tracking deadlines for renewals, filings, and appointments.
  • Assisting in the preparation and formatting of correspondence, contracts, and documents under the guidance of senior staff.
  • Liaising with clients, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders for document submissions and information gathering.
  • Supporting the development and coordination of new administrative processes and client engagement strategies.
  • Supporting social media communications and digital engagement initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, Law or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a professional office setting is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with the Companies Act or eROC filings will be a strong plus (training will be provided).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and strong general computer skills.
  • High level of attention to detail, organization, and time management.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment.
  • Experience in social media management is an added advantage.
