As part of our ongoing growth, we are expanding our finance team at our corporate office in Kegalle. We are seeking highly motivated, result-driven professionals with a proven track record of success to lead our finance team and contribute to our continued success.
Duties Responsibilities
- Should be able to lead, guide, motivate a team of account staff under the direction of to ensure the smooth running of daily accounting operations.
- Provide comprehensive financial reports, budget oversight, and cash flow management, offering strategic recommendations to the board of directors.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop business strategies and provide critical financial insights for decision making.
- Design or upgrade internal control systems to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Laise with auditors, the company secretary, bankers, and relevant government authorities to be in line with the company’s goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Candidates must possess full qualifications in ACA, CIMA, or ACCA, or hold a bachelor's degree in accountancy or business administration along with partial qualifications from a recognized professional accounting body.
- Minimum Three years and above working experience in a similar capacity in the FMCG distribution industry will be an added advantage.
- Living in proximity to Kegalle City.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Age between 30-45 years.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to drive the team to meet the reporting deadline.
