Qualifications
- A Diploma or Degree in Construction management, Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in cladding façade installation, Aluminium & interior works with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of cladding systems, materials (e.g., aluminum, composite panels, steel, glass, etc.), and installation techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Experience in managing teams of cladding installers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, project managers, and workers.
- Experience with project documentation, reports, and site inspections.
