About the Role
Anemos Australia is a trusted outsourcing partner with offices in Melbourne and Colombo, connecting exceptional talent with leading Australian businesses. We are currently seeking Call Centre Executives to join our Colombo team in supporting a reputable Australian medical services provider.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and doctors, handling inbound calls related to bookings, reports, and procedure inquiries. This is a front-line role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
You'll be working during Australian business hours on a 5.5-day roster.
Qualifications & Skills
- Young & energetic individuals and recent high school leavers interested in a full-time / part-time career in the BPO industry.
- Individuals with high confidence to work for a company that fits within the Australian business environment paying great attention to areas such as punctuality, leadership, teamwork and strong work ethic etc.
- Fluent spoken and listening English language skills is a must. The candidate has to have the ability to communicate in a confident, friendly & professional manner.
- Computer Literacy – MS Office packages, typing and computer skills.
- Previous experience in call centre environment is highly regarded.
- Excellent telephone etiquette.
- Ability to multi-task with minimum supervision.
- Should be able to work 5 and half days per week on roster basis (3am to 12 noon).
