Education Counsellor (Sales)

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and qualify inbound and outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and follow-ups
- Provide accurate counselling on study and migration options, including course selection, visa pathways, and documentation
- Convert enquiries into successful applications through consultative selling
- Build and maintain relationships with clients throughout their journey
- Work towards monthly sales targets and KPIs
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in sales, education counselling, or migration services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus, especially Hindi, Punjabi, Nepali, or Mandarin)
- Knowledge of Australian education and visa systems is highly desirable
