Associate QA Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in testing software to ensure quality and performance
- Review requirements and create test plans and test cases
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing
- Identify and report bugs using test management tools
- Collaborate with developers and product teams
- Contribute to test automation efforts
- Maintain test documentation and track results
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 1–2 years of prior experience in a QA or software testing role.
- Familiarity with manual testing; knowledge of automation tools is a plus (e.g., Selenium, Postman)
- Basic understanding of Agile development practices
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA)
- Knowledge of databases and writing basic SQL queries is a plus
- Good verbal and written communication skills
