Cluster Operations Manager
CHC Rest Houses is a portfolio of small to medium-sized hotels, each with its own character and charm. Our properties focus on delivering personalized, authentic guest experiences. As we expand and evolve, we’re looking for a dynamic Cluster Operations Manager to oversee the operational performance of multiple hotel properties, ensuring consistency in standards, maximizing profitability, and fostering a high-performance culture. The selected candidate will work closely with property-level teams to implement group strategy, elevate guest satisfaction, and streamline operations across all locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a cluster of 10 hotel properties.
- Implement and monitor brand standards, guest service protocols, and operational SOPs.
- Support and guide property managers and department heads in achieving KPIs.
- Ensure financial targets are met through effective cost controls and revenue optimization.
- Champion guest experience initiatives and ensure consistent service delivery.
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance management across properties.
- Drive compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a liaison between the corporate office and property teams.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of hotel operations experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing multiple properties or departments.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams across diverse environments.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality systems (PMS, POS, channel managers, etc.).
- Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach to management.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel regularly between properties.
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field would be an added advantage.
