Head of Sales & Marketing

CHC Rest Houses is a portfolio of small to medium-sized hotels, each with its own character and charm. Our properties focus on delivering personalized, authentic guest experiences. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a visionary Head of Sales & Marketing to lead commercial strategy and elevate our brand presence across all properties. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, positioning the brand(s) strategically in the market, and leading high-impact sales and marketing initiatives. You will oversee sales, digital marketing, branding, PR, and distribution strategies across the portfolio, working closely with hotel managers and corporate leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a cohesive sales and marketing strategy for all properties in the cluster.
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR targets.
  • Create and implement marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate direct bookings.
  • Manage digital channels including websites, social media, email marketing, and OTAs.
  • Build and maintain key relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators, and media partners.
  • Oversee market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with GMs and Revenue Managers to ensure effective rate positioning and inventory management.
  • Drive PR and communications efforts to build brand equity and media presence.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, producing regular reports for senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in hospitality sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong track record in driving business results for boutique or mid-scale hotel brands.
  • Experience managing multiple properties or clusters is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in digital marketing, content strategy, and distribution channels.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized, strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand-building.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality Management is an advantage.
