ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT - ENGINEERING
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A DYNAMIC AND DETAIL-ORIENTED PROFESSIONAL TO JOIN OUR TEAM AS AVP - ENGINEERING.
THE JOB ROLE
- Lead the Group’s engineering operations to ensure systems and infrastructure run safely and efficiently
- Oversee maintenance strategies across all properties, focusing on both prevention and timely repairs
- Manage capital projects, facility upgrades, and energy efficiency improvements
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with safety, health, and environmental standards
- Handle budgets, contractor management, and timely project delivery
- Encourage innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering function
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil); Chartered Engineer is a plus
- 4–6 years of experience in engineering operations, preferably in property management or commercial sectors
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and compliance
- Proven leadership and project management skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
