We are seeking a DYNAMIC, DEDICATED, and TEAM-ORIENTED individual for the role of Secretary
— someone who can make a meaningful contribution to the ongoing success of our organization.
SECRETARY
A vacancy has arisen for a dynamic individual to be a part of Kanrich family.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage office communications, correspondence, and document handling.
- Maintain records, filing systems, and databases accurately and securely.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate administrative tasks.
- Support the team with any secretarial and clerical tasks as needed.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma / Higher Diploma or any other supportive educational background in the related field is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar secretarial role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
