We are seeking a DYNAMIC, DEDICATED, and TEAM-ORIENTED individual for the role of Secretary

SECRETARY

A vacancy has arisen for a dynamic individual to be a part of Kanrich family.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage office communications, correspondence, and document handling.
  • Maintain records, filing systems, and databases accurately and securely.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate administrative tasks.
  • Support the team with any secretarial and clerical tasks as needed.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma / Higher Diploma or any other supportive educational background in the related field is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar secretarial role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
