SENIOR HR OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE / HR OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–5 years of relevant experience in HR operations or payroll
  • Strong communication and client-handling skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools
  • Knowledge of basic accounting or invoicing processes is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Process employee payroll accurately and on time
  • Manage invoicing and payment collection from clients
  • Handle client communication and coordination for HR services
  • Prepare and maintain regular HR reports and documentation
  • Support overall HR operations and compliance
  • Assist in invoice processing and follow-ups with finance teams
