- Effectively repair activities & PMS activities Provide link-age between service and sales.
- Ensure that the service department meets AOP plan objectives.
- Sustain best practice processes and systems to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Use problem solving techniques to improve process execution.
- Asset failure & spare parts failure Customer Satisfaction.
- Maintain adequate of fresh spare parts Stock defective.
- Reduced Downtime / Improve Customer Satisfaction.
- Technical / process Capability Improvement.
- Every month settle spare new vs old with store in-charge.
Personal Profile
- NVQ Level 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
- Ability to repair and maintain visi coolers, PMX units, and water dispensers in proper working condition.
- 5 to 7 years of experience required.
