Head of Industrial & Production Printing
As the Head of Industrial & Production Printing, you will hold a pivotal role in leading our digital production and print solution division towards unparalleled success. This senior leadership position demands a strategic and innovative mindset coupled with a deep understanding of the printing industry landscape. You will be responsible for driving business expansion, achieving sales growth, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining market leadership.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and execute strategies for expanding our digital production and print solution business by capitalizing on opportunities to acquire new businesses and customers in both B2B and B2C markets.
- Lead the sales team to surpass ambitious sales targets, while cultivating strong relationships with key clients and partners, and exploring new market segments to drive revenue growth.
- Oversee and optimize division operations to enhance efficiency and maintain quality standards, ensuring consistent adherence to industry benchmarks and exceeding client expectations.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to maintain market leadership.
- Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and manage the division's budget, while monitoring financial performance against targets and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :
- Minimum of 5 years of Industry experience in Printing Technology, whether in Offset or Digital, is indispensable for this senior role.
- Candidates must possess significant management experience, demonstrating their ability to lead and oversee operations effectively.
- Background in Sales & Marketing is deemed essential, showcasing the capacity to drive business growth and develop strategic initiatives.
- A solid understanding of finance, including proficiency in P&L analysis, costing, and ROI evaluation, is required to ensure prudent decision-making and financial sustainability.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
