What you need to do
- Achieve overall branch targets, including sales, spare parts, and service on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual basis.
- Organize marketing campaigns in line with the marketing department’s guidelines to enhance brand visibility and attract customers.
- Monitor staff performance, provide guidance, and ensure team motivation to achieve targets.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery, accurate documentation, and compliance with pricing strategies.
- Constantly monitor the quality of work in the service center and ensure adherence to international standards.
- Conduct regular stock counts for spare parts and ensure inventory accuracy, preventing any variances or discrepancies.
What you need
- A bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of combined experience in automotive sales, service, and operations management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing branch operations efficiently.
- Ability to analyze market trends and implement effective strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Positive, goal-oriented attitude with a strong sense of accountability.
