What you need to do

  • Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom or event location, providing basic information on vehicles and services.
  • Maintain up-to-date basic knowledge of the vehicle lineup, financing options, and promotions.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently, working towards a satisfactory solution.
  • Assist the sales team by directing customers to the sales team, and scheduling test drives.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve service quality and customer experience.

What you need

  • A higher diploma in business management or an equivalent qualification. A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an added advantage.
  • 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry, is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in three languages will be an added benefit.
  • Strong ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
