MANAGER - AFTER SALES SERVICE

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our EV Division as the key link between the after-sales team, dealers/clients, and customers ensuring seamless service and customer satisfaction!

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • 10+ years in after-sales service management in automotive is mandatory
  • Strong knowledge of Automobile, EV technology & service operations.
  • Experience in customer support & warranty management.
  • Excellent leadership & problem-solving skills.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Act as the bridge between customers, the service team, and dealers/clients.
  • Oversee after-sales service, including repairs, maintenance, and warranty claims.
  • Ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
  • Improve service operations and customer experience.
  • Train and guide the service team on best practices.
