Due to recent company expansions, there are attractive openings for the following positions:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, contributing to company growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to customer requirements.
- Negotiate, prepare, and close sales agreements while maintaining customer retention.
- Collaborate with the division head to implement marketing strategies and sales plans.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing or a related professional qualification.
- Prior experience in Sales and Marketing field of Construction.
- Fluency in English – both written and spoken.
- Tamil Language – both written and spoken would be added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and public relations skills.
The selected candidate should be able to work with minimal supervision, and honesty is a must for the role.
