ENGLISH TEACHER (KIRIBATHGODA)
FOR OUR CLIENT!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and deliver English training programmes focused on business communication, presentations, and email etiquette
- Customise lessons based on learners' industry, goals, and proficiency levels
- Conduct needs assessments and provide progress evaluations to learners and corporate partners
- Provide targeted instruction on all four components of the Oxford ELLT: reading, listening, writing, and speaking
- Familiarize students with the exam structure, scoring criteria, and strategies for success
- Conduct mock tests and provide actionable feedback
- Maintain a supportive, engaging, and professional classroom environment—online or in person
- Collaborate with the curriculum team to develop and refine learning materials
- Track and report on student progress
- Stay updated on best practices in English language instruction and corporate training
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Diploma/Degree/HND in English language
- Prior experience in teaching English to adult learners
- CELTA, DELTA, TEFL, TESOL, or equivalent certification is desired
- Ability to conduct lessons and manage a classroom
- Able to make lesson plans
