CROSSROADS Maldives, the country's first extraordinary multi-island, fully integrated leisure destination is calling for a strategic and detail-oriented leader to manage the digital portfolio of our two Resorts at CROSSROADS Maldives.

CLUSTER ASSISTANT DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media marketing and content creation.
  • Experience in using Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager and email marketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with tag management systems (GTM) and UTM tracking.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for decision-making.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Creative flair with an eye for branding, audience engagement and storytelling.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Able to multitask and manage projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
