IT ERP EXECUTIVE
REQUIREMENTS
- More than one year experience in ERP field
- HND / Diploma in IT related field
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overall responsibility to coordinate between ERP service provider, user and the Management
- Review the progress, identify new requirement and coordinate with the service provider and the management for relevant changes
- Identify routine administrative tasks related to ERP
- ERP related training to be conducted when necessary
- Maintaining all relevant documents
- Maintain records / logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule and follow-up the job status
