POST OF IT EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day IT support for all users.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot LAN/WAN infrastructure, routers, switches, and access points.
  • Manage and monitor firewalls, VPN connections, and internet security.
  • Perform hardware setup, configuration, and maintenance (desktops, laptops, POS terminals, printers, scanners, etc.).
  • Ensure availability and reliability of IT systems including network connectivity, POS systems, and retail applications.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for system upgrades and repairs.
  • Maintain inventory and documentation of IT assets and licenses.
  • Provide support for CCTV and other IT systems.

Skills and Experience Requirements:

  • HND or Diploma in Information Technology, Networking, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or system/network administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and network troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience in managing and troubleshooting hardware devices (printers, POS, servers).
  • Experience with Cisco, Fortigate or similar network devices is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with retail systems (POS, ERP) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and provide on-time support.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
