HR cum Accounts Executive

The primary Objectives of the Position:

  • The job primarily entails executing the overall HR and Administration functions of the company.
  • Representing the company in LT/Labor Department inquiries.
  • Directly be responsible for HR and Administration, recruitment, selection, and placement of staff including disciplinary inquiry procedure.
  • Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job description for all positions.
  • Attendance, Payroll & Commission management.
  • Organizing activities to improve employee satisfaction.
  • Assist with some day-to-day Accounts activity.

Personal Profile and Skills:

  • A Diploma/Professional qualification in Human Resource Management from a recognized University/Institution.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Sound knowledge & hands-on experience in Microsoft Office package.
  • Good analytical and management skills and capability of multitasking.
  • Self-motivated, dynamic, and result-oriented individual.
