HR cum Accounts Executive
The primary Objectives of the Position:
- The job primarily entails executing the overall HR and Administration functions of the company.
- Representing the company in LT/Labor Department inquiries.
- Directly be responsible for HR and Administration, recruitment, selection, and placement of staff including disciplinary inquiry procedure.
- Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job description for all positions.
- Attendance, Payroll & Commission management.
- Organizing activities to improve employee satisfaction.
- Assist with some day-to-day Accounts activity.
Personal Profile and Skills:
- A Diploma/Professional qualification in Human Resource Management from a recognized University/Institution.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Sound knowledge & hands-on experience in Microsoft Office package.
- Good analytical and management skills and capability of multitasking.
- Self-motivated, dynamic, and result-oriented individual.
