Job Responsibilities
- Perform detailed variance analysis and reporting, with timely follow-ups on deviations.
- Oversee stock management for raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods.
- Prepare and present financial reports related to factory operations.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of factory fixed assets.
- Coordinate with the internal audit department, provide necessary clarifications, and implement corrective actions based on audit findings.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies.
- Support management with ad hoc analysis and reporting to aid decision-making.
- Work closely with the ERP system for financial and inventory-related transactions; contribute to continuous improvement in system processes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Part qualification from a recognized professional accounting body (CA, CIMA, ACCA, CMA).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and communicate financial data clearly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Experience working with ERP systems will be a distinct advantage.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and managing multiple priorities.
- Age below 35 years.
