JOIN OUR TEAM – JUNIOR SALES COORDINATORS
Full-time/Entry level
We are a well-established importer, distributor, and government contractor, specializing in both fresh and dry food products. With over 35 years of trusted service across the island, we take pride in our reputation for quality and reliability. As we continue to grow, we are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Junior Sales Coordinators.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily with customers to take and process orders.
- Prepare invoices to support the sales team.
- Liaise with the stores department to confirm stock availability.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing effective and timely solutions.
Candidate Requirements
- Successfully completed GCE A/L (Commerce stream preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English (Tamil is an added advantage).
- Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and accounting software.
- A strong interest in customer service and client support.
- Residence in or around Malabe is an added advantage.
- School leavers are encouraged to apply.
