Key Responsibilities

  • Order Processing: Handle sales orders, ensure accuracy, and coordinate with logistics or inventory teams.
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on order status or delivery issues.
  • Sales Documentation: Prepare quotes, invoices, and maintain records of sales transactions.
  • CRM Management: Update and manage customer data and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Team Coordination: Support the sales team with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and organizing events.
  • Reporting: Generate and distribute regular sales reports to track performance and support decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Higher Diploma or bachelor’s degree.
  • Fresh Graduate or 1 year Experience.
  • Good English speaking and writing skills will be an added benefit.
