Key Responsibilities
- Order Processing: Handle sales orders, ensure accuracy, and coordinate with logistics or inventory teams.
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on order status or delivery issues.
- Sales Documentation: Prepare quotes, invoices, and maintain records of sales transactions.
- CRM Management: Update and manage customer data and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Team Coordination: Support the sales team with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and organizing events.
- Reporting: Generate and distribute regular sales reports to track performance and support decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
- Higher Diploma or bachelor’s degree.
- Fresh Graduate or 1 year Experience.
- Good English speaking and writing skills will be an added benefit.
