We are a group of companies engaged in manufacturing PVC floorings with over 40 years of experience and we are the market leader of the said product in the country. Our product range includes Floor Carpets, Vehicle Carpets, Luxury Vinyl Tiles, PVC Sheeting Roofing Felt, etc.
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our luxury vinyl flooring products, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence in the assigned territories.
Core Requirements
- Proven sales experience in B2B, preferably in construction, interior products, or building materials.
- Strong network with architects, contractors, project managers, and developers.
- Understanding of project sales cycles – from lead generation to final order fulfillment.
- Ability to read construction drawings/BOQs is a plus.
- Experience handling long lead-time sales and follow-ups.
Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- CRM proficiency (e.g. Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, SAP).
- Strong pipeline management and reporting abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset – able to deal with site-level or delivery issues.
Personal Attributes
- Self-driven, persistent, and target-oriented.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Willingness to travel for site visits or client meetings.
