Senior Pre-Sales Engineer

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Senior Pre-Sales Engineer specializing in Network and Cybersecurity to join our team. This role bridges the gap between technical expertise and sales acumen, helping clients understand how our solutions can address their specific challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Develop and deliver proof-of-concept (PoC) solutions to showcase product capabilities.
- Assist in designing network architecture and cybersecurity frameworks based on client needs.
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs with detailed technical documentation.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in networking and cybersecurity technologies.
- Facilitate discovery sessions to capture client pain points and map them to technical solutions.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to provide feedback from customer engagements.
- Maintain expertise in competing technologies and articulate product differentiators.
- Teamwork.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in pre-sales, technical consulting, or a related role.
- Strong foundational knowledge of networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, VPN, IPS) and strong knowledge Firewall slicing and deployment (SDWAN, High availability, Virtual Appliance).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred certifications such as Cisco, Huawei, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or Hillstone would be an added advantage.
