SALES FORCE AUTOMATION MANAGER
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Sales Force Automation (SFA) system across all regions
- Collaborate with sales, IT, and management teams to drive digital sales initiatives
- Ensure real-time data accuracy, optimize user experience, and minimize downtime
- Analyze sales data to generate actionable insights and performance dashboards
- Conduct ongoing training and support for the sales team on SFA tools
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance field force efficiency
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business IT, or related field
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience managing SFA systems in the FMCG or Sales related sectors
- Proven leadership skills with experience handling cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
