TRAINEE SALES ASSOCIATES CUM CASHIERS
We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic and smart team players who are customer oriented to be appointed as Trainee Sales Associates / Cashiers, to be based at our Duty Free Shops located at the Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake, Sri Lanka.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Sales, Cashiering, assisting Customers with their queries, offer product information, merchandising, replenishing shelves, provide excellent Customer Service and assist with stock taking.
Pre-requisites
- Males/Females between the age of 18-25 years.
- G.C.E. (O/L) with at least Six Credit Passes, including Credits for Mathematics & English.
- Excellent speaking ability in English together with adequate reading & writing skills.
- Fluency in other languages; an added advantage (Chinese, Tamil and Hindi etc.)
- Friendly and approachable personality.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and numerical skills.
- Poses a smart, outgoing personality with a strong desire to achieve and succeed.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets/deadlines.
- Prior retail experience of at least 1-2 years in a similar position will be advantageous, though not essential.
- Willingness to work on 12 hour day/night rotating shifts.
- Physical fitness & stamina is a must (preference will be given to candidates with sports achievements).
